La vida es corta.
No la amargues con ideas retorcidas.
Piensa que todo llegará."
Life is short.
Do not make it bitter with complicated thoughts.
that everything will come as it should come. "
Is a small idyllic town on the Costa Del Sol and has always been characterized by its special charm on people. At this time you live with me and my family in a very spacious beautiful house, with garden, in El Mirador del Paraíso, west of Marbella, with stunning views of the sea and the pool. It is private and quiet in a very nice condominium with 24 hours security and well kept gardens and pool.
My coaching is dedicated to the topic of consciousness / states of consciousness. You may come up with a lot of questions, confusions, blockages, fears or simply "not knowing" what to do next. You are stuck and can not decide because you do not know which way is the right one. In my coaching we dedicate ourselves together to your life tasks that your soul has set itself for this life. Likewise, we will examine the meaning of your personal inflow energies, which is the description of your learning tasks. Next, we look at the meaning of your personal Passion Path, the areas of your body where your soul wants to make itself felt and you can have problems, and the meanings that you want to show from the inflow point, and the energy path number calculated by Passion Path.
You will find your answer in Andalusia, I promise you and if you have already clarified many things in your life, then enriches this coaching and opens again unimagined potential and doors.
Each Sephira describes 4 related states of consciousness, and each path from one Sephira to another describes the path one must take to reach another level of consciousness.
In each state of consciousness you experience and experience the world differently - in this state you have a different view of the world. It can therefore be said that every state of consciousness corresponds to a world in which you live.
Through the paths it is possible to change the state of consciousness. This happens mostly unintentionally; through an event or a stroke of fate, life invites or forces us to change consciousness.
However, it is possible to deliberately change the state of consciousness. Repeated meditations or consciously induced trance states allow one to become acquainted with a new state of consciousness, and as one reaches a new level of consciousness more than once, it is always easier to reach that level of consciousness, which also has an impact on physical life. Gradually things of the world are viewed from a different angle, one reaches a new state of consciousness and the next stroke of fate does not occur or is experienced less unpleasant.
And so slowly, step by step, walking higher and higher, you can reach an ever-higher state of consciousness, until you come closer and closer to the divine universal cosmic state of consciousness.
Check everything yourself and believe in that
what you have experienced and reasoned in yourself,
and after that you should judge your way of life.

The life energy prana that flows through every cell of our body is considered the force through which the intelligence of life expresses itself, recreating itself continually in the constant process of becoming.
Overwork and stress reduce the performance of the body. Rest and relaxation are the natural way to recharge your body. With the help of yoga one trains the mind and body so that complete relaxation can take place again.
Is made from natural foods nutritious and balanced. It keeps the body loose and supple, calms the mind and provides sufficient resistance to disease.
The yoga postures (asanas) had a systematic effect on the entire body. Through the asanas you get to know yourself and your body better, to respect your limits and to treat him lovingly.
Proper breathing - pranayama
Deep breathing helps to cleanse and nourish the body. Deep breathing gives the body plenty of oxygen, which is vital to every body cell. Exhaling excretes waste matter. Deep breathing also connects the body battery - the sun netting - with the body. The thus released prana, leads to mental and physical rejuvenation.
Yoga exercises or pranayama teach to recharge the body and control the mind by regulating the flow of the prana. Prana is the life force that is preserved in the chakras.
Positive thinking and meditation
Just as a vehicle needs an intelligent thinker, the body needs a balanced mind that guides it. Through meditation, the mind becomes clear and aligned, and wisdom and inner peace become tangible. By merely observing the mind, more freedom arises from negative, mental influences.
WE ARE WHAT WE THINK.
EVERYTHING WE ARE IS THROUGH OUR THOUGHTS.
WITH OUR THOUGHTS WE CREATE THE WORLD.
SPEAK OR HANDLE WITH PURE THOUGHTS,
AND HAPPINESS WILL FOLLOW YOU ON THE FOOT
LIKE A SHADE THAT NEVER DIVERS FROM YOU.
Buddha Siddhartha Gautama
The repetition of a mantras or a name of God is called Japa. Japa is an important Anga (member) in yoga. It is spiritual food for the hungry soul. Japa is the stick in the hand of the blind Sadhaka, to carry on the road to realization. Japa is the philosopher's stone, the divine elixir that gives godliness. In this iron age, Namasmarana, Japa, is the easiest, quickest and safest way to come to God and gain immortality and eternal joy.
Japa cleanses the heart. Japa calms the mind. Japa destroys birth and death. Japa burns sins. Japa consumes Samskaras. Japa eliminates arrest. Japa brings Vairagya. Japa uproots all desires. In a yoga class, you encounter this hand gesture at least once, if not a few times. Anjali Mudra is one of the best known and most common hand positions: the gesture of bringing your hands together in front of your heart. In western areas, this position is known as prayer.
For some, this position may seem strange. it is also a sacred gesture. In the Far East you see the people, not only in temples with their hands in front of their hearts, but also greet each other in this attitude or give thanks. Mudras means sign or seal, Anjali means gift or gift. In India, Anjali Mudra is often accompanied by the greeting Namaste, which means:
"The light in me sees / greets the light in you."
Anjali Mudra and also Namaste describe the essence of yoga practice:
To create the connection to the true self, as well as the recognition of light and love in all living beings. Namaste and Anjali Mudra remind you that each of us has a place where there is light, love, truth, peace and wisdom. You can return there anytime.

Traditional Ayurveda, a classical health theory from India, can be translated as the knowledge (veda) of long life (ayur). The holistic system, which includes massages, special cleansing treatments (panchakarma), physical exercises (yoga) and the most important element of nutritional science, is to keep the bodily functions (metabolism, digestion, tissue and excretion) in balance so that diseases do not even arise.
The basic idea of Ayurveda is the three doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha - bioenergies that influence the body in its function and are present in every organism in different orientations. According to the Ayurvedic teachings, diseases are caused by an imbalance between these three doshas: a diet adapted to the particular type of constitution brings the body and soul back into balance.
Ayurvedically, each organism is composed of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and ether), whose qualities are represented in the respective doshas. Vata stands for the elements air and space, controls the clarity, alertness and movement, which in an imbalance can lead to nervousness, restless sleep and loss of appetite. Pitta presents the fire, the basis of the digestive system and metabolism and provides energy, in excess but also for irritability and indigestion. Kapha is a stabilizing earth element that provides peace and strength, too much of which leads to sluggishness and overweight.
Regardless of the prevailing Dosha, each ayurvedic meal should contain the six flavors sweet, sour, salty, tart (astringent), bitter and spicy. Above all, the optimized function of the metabolism and the digestive fire Agni, which is influenced by mental and physical impairments, form the basis of the Ayurvedic dietetics. Foods that are not completely digested leave metabolic waste and so-called ama, toxic substances that can be the cause of many complaints. Accordingly, the focus in Ayurveda, in addition to the focus on the Doshas on a high quality of food, as it forms the body tissue, a slight utilization of the food, the right combination of food and preparation with digestive herbs. For example, Kardamon stimulates the digestive fire Agni.
Above all, it is important to combine no animal protein (meat, fish, eggs or milk) with each other, as this inevitably leads to metabolic waste. In Ayurveda, milk is considered to be an independent food that should not be eaten with salty or sour, leafy vegetables or, above all, with fresh fruit - adé beloved muesli with fruit and yoghurt. In combination with milk, only legumes such as mung beans, chickpeas and lentils are suitable in Ayurvedic terms. Fruit is generally to be eaten alone, as it inevitably leads to fermentation processes in the digestive tract in combinations. Cereals, pasta, potatoes and fats are among the sweetest foods that are best served with vegetables and salad. An exception is rice, which goes well with everything as a light food.
Generally, it should only be eaten when hungry, no snacks at all, and not eaten for three hours between meals so that the food is digested before it is added. It is also advisable not to take cold drinks with hot food, but to replace them with room-tempered water or warm tea - in the cooler season hot ginger tea is recommended, which stimulates and warms the organs.
Together we do a constitution test for:
1. Prakriti - your account
2. Vikriti - your current condition
The knowledge of your constitution gives you much important information about it; how to tailor your life to your natural needs. With the knowledge of which qualities you would like to be nourished and lived, you will feel harmonious. As a Vata constitution, you need a lot of variety, inspiration and creative expression to feel comfortable. If you are a Pitta type, you are looking for big challenges and want to challenge your skills. If you are a Kapha nature, look for a structured life and a good amount of rest.
People who do not recognize this innate quality can become unhappy and even ill. If a person blocks his liveliness from Vata into an overly regulated life, it can lead to depression. If the heated pitta type does not live up to its dynamics or overly strong, it may express itself in aggression against itself and others, or it may develop a corresponding illness. A person of Kapha-nature, who does not find his inner need for rest through an overly hectic everyday life, compensates for this by slowing down his metabolism and making the whole person sluggish and lethargic.
Many people only overdose on one dosha, while neglecting other qualities. However, there are always three bioenergies that seek expression! With the knowledge of your physique you can find the right eye for all doshas. For example, a Pitta-Kapha type is naturally prone to excessive workload. Maybe he hardly begrudge himself relaxation and does not take time to discover new things. Since he can not hear the voice of Vata in his nature, he lacks the sense for his impulses and lightness.
Its nature also shows which complaints you are most prone to. You will always develop the fastest diseases that match your constitution. Pitta types are therefore prone to "heated" disorders such as inflammation, infectious diseases or even outbursts, especially in the summer, when Pitta is already elevated.
Knowing which illnesses you are prone to, you also know what to look out for to prevent them. If you're a Kapha type and you're having a runny nose, even though the sun is shining, you should avoid the ice cream at the Italian. For a person with Pitta constitution, this ice cream is just right. This also makes it understandable why advice on diet and proper behavior can never apply to all people. Also the common recommendation, fresh fruits and vegetables always serve the health, so generalized not. A person with a Kapha constitution may get flatulence and, with his weak Agni, can not use all the vitamins anyway, while the same food will harmonize a person with a high pitta. So get rid of the disruptions of the zeitgeist that sets certain standards. We do not need to put other people's opinions as a measure of our own needs.
Perhaps the connection to our roots has been broken and the knowledge of our uniqueness has been lost at some point. We all once had a dream, a special talent that may have gradually faded and eventually been forgotten. By knowing our qualities, we can pick up this thread again. Once you consciously take responsibility for shaping your life, you can release immense energies and every moment can become a creative act.
